Claudia Archer, Founder and Managing Partner
Claudia Archer has been providing job placement services to individuals with disabilities in the Cincinnati area since 1994. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Theatre Arts and received her MBA from St John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. She is a founder and managing partner of A&M Placement Services. Previous to her work in the field of rehabilitation, Claudia has worked as an actress, waitress, media salesperson, restaurant manager, photofinishing salesperson to professional photographers, pickle sorter, cherry picker, shoe salesperson, janitorial contract salesperson, and in a shipyard. e-mail here.

Michael Matacia, Founder and Managing Partner
A University of Cincinnati psychology alumni and Cincinnatian, Michael Matacia has successfully provided professional job development and placement services in the rehabilitation field for over a decade. Specializing in the non-traditional, returning to work, and ex-offender clientele; Michael markets the advantages and successes in hiring this untapped workforce to area businesses. In addition to memberships with the National Rehabilitation Association and Southwest Ohio Rehabilitation Association; he is certified through the State of Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction as an Offender Workforce Development Specialist partnering with the US Department of Justice National Institute of Corrections. e-mail here.



Catrina Bechtel, Employment Specialist
Catrina Bechtel has been providing job placement services to individuals with disabilities since she moved to Cincinnati and started working for A&M in 2005. She is a graduate of the Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Special Education majoring in "Community Programming for Americans with Disabilities." Prior to moving to Cincinnati, she worked as a Behavior Specialist for an ICFMR. e-mail here.



Mary Stradtman, Employment Training Coordinator
Mary Stradtman has over ten years experience assisting individuals with barriers to employment return successfully to the work place. Her work as a staffing supervisor with commercial employment agencies and as a job developer with non-profits has specially equipped her to prepare our job seekers for their employment search. Her background has also allowed her to develop a strong network of employers. She joined A&M Placement in 2006 as the Employment Training Coordinator where she leads the JSST program and Job Club. e-mail here
 
Shannon Moore, Administrative Assistant
Shannon is the newest member to join the A&M Family bringing with her over ten years of administrative assistant experience in a wide variety of fields. Shannon’s administrative services are not limited to the staff at A&M, but to all who are seeking employment through us. Her professionalism, knowledge and ability to make our consumers her highest priority show that she is the perfect fit for A&M Placement Services. e-mail here
