Tiered Job Development
Tier A: Intake — $1500.00 — Flat Fee
An intake and job development plan will be completed so that activities can be tailored toward the consumers vocational goal and individual needs. Billing will occur when services have been provided with reports to counselor.

Tier B:  6 Months of Job Development — $1500.00 — Flat Fee
Provides up to 6 months of job development services. Designed to provide the consumer the opportunity to develop the skills and tools necessary to begin a successful job search. These will include, when appropriate: development of resumes and cover letters, participation in mock interviews and reviews, learning the basics of internet job searches and on-line applications, developing and maintaining employer contacts, and expectations and etiquette during the job search process. Services will include resume and cover letter revision as necessary, ongoing job seeking skills development, job development, and consumer access to our high-speed internet work stations, so that they can conduct job search activities with the support of our placement and administrative staff. Billing for this service will occur at the end of the six-month term of job development or upon the consumers acceptance of an offer of employment or upon case closure by counselor. Subsequent placements at no additional cost within the term of the service contract and with approval of counselor. Monthly reports to counselor

Tier C:  Job Retention — $1275.00 — Flat Fee
Provides follow up and support services to a consumer throughout the first 90 days of employment. Services will consist of phone calls, meetings with consumer andor counselor as necessary, and reports to counselor. Appropriate contact will also be maintained with the employer. This service will be billed for in three 30 day increments of $425.

Accelerated Employment Skills Training
(4 week program) — $1000.00
A four week guided workshop to help more independent consumers conduct comprehensive and successful job searches by providing an onsite employment coordinator, job readiness assessments, mock interviews, resume and cover letter development and/or revision, access to high-speed internet work stations, with the support of our staff. The objective of this program is to assist consumers in developing necessary job seeking skills and strategies so that time spent on the employment search is reduced.

AEST Post Services: 3 Months of Job Development
$1275.00 — Flat Fee
Provides up to 3 months of job development services following completion of the Accelerated Employment Skills Training AEST program or an A and M job development program. Services will include resume and cover letter revision as necessary, job seeking skills development, job development, and consumer access to our high-speed internet work stations, so that they can conduct job search activities with the support of our placement and administrative staff. Billing for this service will occur at the end of the three-month term of job development or upon the consumers acceptance of an offer of employment or upon case closure by counselor. Monthly reports to counselor. Retention and follow-up can be purchased at the hourly rate.

Job Coaching — $75.00 per hour 
A&M’s job coaching services are tailored to the needs of the employed consumer.The job coach’s objective is to assist the consumer in becoming successfully independent on his/her job.  This can include but is not limited to:  completing paperwork, learning job tasks and routines, acclimating to the work site and culture, problem solving, and developing and requesting accommodations. All of our job coaches are experienced rehabilitation professionals, with the ability to coach on-site or offsite, and expertise in working with consumers of diverse backgrounds.

Occupational Outlook Survey — $75.00 — Per Hour
Occupational Outlook Survey: A market survey and report to answer questions about employment in specific fields. Information regarding job requirements, impact of criminal records, industry outlook, and local market conditions are examples of questions addressed in previous surveys. Surveys are customized for each consumers concerns, skills, and interests. Employers are contacted directly and every effort is made to speak to decision makers and experts. Although generally 10 hours are requested for this service, hours needed to complete survey can be adjusted up or down depending on the parameters of the survey.

Community Based Employment Assessment — $75.00 per hour
Includes site development, job coaching, and consumer wages. We use Community-Based Employment Assessment to provide our clients an opportunity to experience employment in a competitive working environment. Assessment sites are determined according to the skills, qualifications and abilities of the participant.
